It all started with GeoCities and a dream. I was a kid building a website about skateboarding, and now I lead entire engineering teams that build out software. What a ride. Much like technology, leading became a natural progression in my career. I took ownership even when I was a young engineer not knowing what the next step would be, but the mystery of the unknown was a thrill. This drive and curiousity is something I coach my teams as they tackle solving the tough problems. I foster enviornments where we can learn from everyone at the table regardless of title. We are a team afterall, and learning from people who are just as excited about moving pixels and data around make work more fun.
